a.k.a Yip after reading all the books from his first reading. A beautiful quote from Yip in an email to the group:

"Some of the chapters in the books I have been reading is like reading Latin to me. Ironically, MFA in visual art
at VT feels like a bourgeois ideology education facility which signifies intelligence over intuition. Ehh~~, but we’ll have fun making art beside that anyway."

Studio Project/ Update on Paper Dolls:
Today was an exciting day in the studio trying to get ready for my second meeting with Yvette. I was able to get the life size paper doll printed, glued to foam core, and put together. It’s interesting how things jump out at you once you have increased the size. Glad to have a demo model though. And it will be interesting to see if Yvette see’s the same things as me that need some attention.

Here’s some pictures from today.
