In an attempt to keep myself busy this week I decided to go to a workshop to learn how to use aqua-resin and hollow shell casting methods at the College of Charleston on Saturday (November 18th) with visiting artist Erik Geschke. It turned out to be a really interesting process and I hope I can use it in one of my pieces. You can learn more about it at http://www.aquaresin.com/.

The workshop started at 10am in the morning and I left at 8:30pm that night. I was exhausted and very very cold. Jerry met me at Andolini’s and we had some pizza for dinner and hung out a while after since Christopher was playing at Billy and Jerri’s birthday party that evening.

Here are some pictures from the workshop.

Cheers.
