This was my first attempt to make a piece of jewelry from a piece of sheet metal. It was constructed in 2004 during the second half of my Jewelry and Metal Works I class at Burke High School. The base of the bracelet was cut with a jeweler’s saw from a sheet of stainless steel. It was then filed and formed using a bracelet form. I added an additional layer of stainless steel and used copper to give it it’s Wonder Woman look and feel.

Wonder Woman’s Indestructible Silver Bracelet was donated to The College of Charleston Visual Arts Club and sold at auction at their annual Cheap Art Auction & Student Show on December 16, 2005. It auctioned off for almost a 100 bucks. I felt very satisfied.
