Today I am going to do a lot of filling in for the last week which has blown by quickly. Wednesday was WordPress/Webpage Wednesday and Jerry came by like a trooper. We didn’t really get much done but that was O.K. I did get to see an excellent X-files about the Freak Show that ties in beautifully with my Lady Madonna/Penny pieces. I really enjoyed the episode.
I don’t remember Thursday or Friday, and Saturday was spent blissfully unaware except for the four hour interlude when Jason came by and continued working on Project light in the studio. I now have four power outlets in the ceiling and can commence project install shop lights. I was briefly awaken from my delirium for a glass of wine with my friend Jill and promptly went back to bed. I don’t remember the rest of the evening as I slept through it.
Sunday was spent cleaning the house (as I awoke at 8am) and since Christopher needed to work in his studio I asked Jerry to go to Denny’s for breakfast/lunch. He had called to see if I wanted to go the night before and I had missed his call. I had also inadvertently forgotten to eat since Friday and was very hungry. By the way, mini cheeseburgers and onion rings are the bomb. Jerry and I spent most of the day eating, going to craft stores, and hanging out at Barnes and Noble. A great way to spend a Sunday. The only thing I could think of that would have made it better was another nap.
So that brings us today and almost caught up. Susan has been editing my essay and I am grateful. Tomorrow Blair will come and we will prep the watercolor paper for printing for the Hair project. Wednesday Jerry has said he will come and work on the portfolio (I hope he never leaves…he keeps promising an invisible jet, Avenger’s mansion, permanent visiting rights and a space ship if we win the lottery so we can keep in touch…Groovy). I am very tired today and this is all I can accomplish this evening.
