Today was draining at the day job. My boss put in her resignation and the new CIO of Technology met with all of as a group and independently. I also had to be in at 8am. Difficult.
Jerry and I made a deal to call each other since we are both night people. After everything was said and done I left work at 7.30 and got home around 8.
Unbelievably Jerry still came over to work on WordPress with me. Wednesdays are officially scheduled for working on the Process Blog. Tuesdays and Thursdays are studio nights. I haven’t worked out a schedule for the rest of the week yet. Thank goodness you can email posts to your blog or this would be much more difficult.
We watched Red vs Blue which I have not decided what I think about it yet and attempted to work but really didn’t get to much done because we were both fried from the day job. Jerry found a tutorial online about blog php commands that I tried to read and understand but couldn’t. I gave up and just decided to watch Futurama.
]I am starting to resign myself the the fact that the PHP customizations may just be completely out of my realm and that I am going to be dependent on Jerry to teach me. That’s OK. I’ve said from the beginning this would not have been possible without his help.
